Radical Penguins™ is a limited NFT collection of 10,000 unique penguin themed pictures / illustrations and are intended to be used as collectables. As such, they are to be reserved only for fun (e.g., as an avatar, profile picture, sticker, to print on your T-shirt, etc.) and NOT with any expectation of "value", "profit", "yield", "investment" (or anything financial in mind).  

Radical Penguins™ is a NFT collection created by / owned by Viking Labs LLC. But apart from its legal form (and the legal protections that this entails), this is very much a passion project, created as a hobby, and the creators are all about making amazing illustrations. This project is created as an early project on Radix DLT and it is important to know that both Radix DLT and Radical Penguins™ are experimental, and this implies a large amount of significant risks (including total loss of value / funds you may consider allocating to Radical Penguins™), therefore this is not suitable for most individuals (please read our full T&C for complete Risk warnings and considerations). The project is still under development as we speak and it will be for some time (expected to be delivered in 2023, when among others, Smart Contracts are expected to be enabled on Radix, which is a pre-requirement of NFTs).

The Radical Penguins™ project is very much only focused on the imagery quality and we do not plan to do anything else apart from this (for example, we do NOT seek to enable NFT staking, fractional NFTs, shareholding with your NFTs, rewards / share of profits for holders, etc.). However, we may partner with other projects in the future, to make the Radical Penguins™ more fun.

Important: when you reserve a Radical Penguins™ you have explicitly acknowledged our Disclaimer, accepted our T&Cs and you are solely reserving a Radical Penguins™ NFT illustration as a collectible and for fun only.

For clarity, you are aware that Radical Penguins™ collectible NFTs are neither investments, nor a security token, nor an e-money token, as such, they we are unregulated, meaning that you do not have the protections that a regulated investment offers. You are also aware that NFTs are said not to be a store of value, are not a generally accepted medium of exchange, and are considered very illiquid and volatile. Please ensure you are comfortable with the significant risk that this entails.

Please note that the "ICE" is just a way to acknowledge the reservations.

All usual crypto disclaimers apply to our project as well. If you are on Radix, you already know them since you are smarter than the average cryptohead. But, for good order: "nothing here is financial advice", "NFTs in itself have no value", "there is high volatility, illiquidity and uncertainty in crypto", "capital at risk", "risk of total and irreversible loss of funds", and so on.

You must fully understand what reserving a future NFT entails and be comfortable with the associated risk before reserving. Nothing here is investment advice. The Radical Penguins™ NFTs are not investment products, nor securities, nor Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), nor anything similar or "financial" of any description. Please do not reserve a Penguin for any other reason apart from the love of their illustration and do not have / form any monetary / crypto expectations from this.

Please do your own research and only allocate your XRD to this if you are fully comfortable in doing so and in a responsible matter. We are not regulated in any way shape or form, nor is there any guarantee that you can make a return or indeed sell your NFT. Again, reserve this just if you like the collectible illustration and want to have it. We are stating all of the above (and the T&Cs) to make sure that you are fully responsible about this, that you reserve with your eyes open and that you acknowledge and only reserve this as a collectible illustration for fun only (and not for any "investment" related purposes).

We will do our best to make this project successful (and by success we mean to deliver great illustrations) and take reasonable precautions (such as 2FA, hardware wallets, use of reputable services / business partners), but there is an inherent risk of failure (such as with any project) and we want to be forthcoming about that.

Lastly, we offer no guarantees about anything, this website is the only official source of information about this project (do not rely on any other information) and we disclaim any legal claims that you may have against the Radical Penguins™ and implicitly Viking Labs LLC (and its officers, members, directors, agents, staff, etc.).
